A minimum SSCE from a recognized secondary school or relevant professional qualification He/she must have at least 3-5 years’ work experience as a Restaurant Attendant role in the Food & Beverage Department in a 4- 5-star hotel. Two years of restaurant attendant experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To serve guests at the banquet with courtesy.


2. Ensure guest experience a memorable one.


3. Assist and support other banquet staff in serving guests.


4. Assist and support banquet manager in managing events.
